Change password

Everything also appears under the bell. Order emails make sure you do not miss a buyer waiting for you, or a parcel on its way.

Your data & account

Download a copy of everything you have shared on FWC, as a JSON file. Passwords and identity document images are never included.

Close account

You are signed out everywhere and your profile disappears from FWC. Your listings are archived and your places at upcoming events are released. You can reopen the account by logging in within 30 days; after that your personal data is removed and anything others still see (orders, reviews) shows as “Former member”. Finish any open orders first.
